MOONSHADOW II Shakedown Week

We (including my sister Tricia) are on a week boating vacation with The Hunts (Tom, Lisa, Jim, Jan and Mary Kay) and have been learning much more about our new boat. We anchored overnight in Suttons Bay and Omena…..visited Leelanau Wine Cellars…..had a great time! Bought wine to host a wine tasting event on the boat!! Met up with the Hunts in Leland, who are sailing on Northern Lights.

The next day we ventured to South Manitou to anchor and swim for the night. Beautiful place to spend the night. The stars were absolutely amazing. We then ventured to Charlevoix for 2 nights. Spent time swimming in the lake, eating good food and wine tasting. Renee, Don and Ardis have visited with us as well. Now we are headed back to our home port of Elk Rapids tomorrow. The weather has been great and spending time with great friends and family has been priceless. ❤️
